Custodian
We are currently seeking an experienced custodian to join our team to ensure clean, orderly and attractive appearance of facilities by performing the following duties:
Sweep, mop, scrub, strip and wax floors; clean and vacuum rugs and carpets. Clean, dust and polish desks, file cabinets, furniture, woodwork and cabinets. Empty and clean waste receptacles. Clean hallways, offices and lobbies; clean windows and doors inside and outside; clean all entry areas into office and shop areas. Sanitize restrooms daily, refill paper supplies as necessary. Sweep and mop floor of warehouse and shop areas, sweep parking areas. Maintain janitorial storage areas in a neat and orderly way. Perform all duties according to a schedule prepared by the Custodian Supervisor. Move or re-arrange furniture; assist with set-up of facilities for special functions (training sessions, meetings, employee events) and return area to working condition following event. Maintain high level of confidentiality and trustworthiness when coming in contact with sensitive work documents or other paperwork relating to the company's business and activities. Perform light building maintenance. Maintain and perform minor repair on janitorial and cleaning equipment; perform light grounds keeping. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures; maintain a safe environment surrounding affected work areas. React well under pressure; manage competing demands. Develop alternative solutions; demonstrate persistence and overcomes obstacles. Ensure the professional and courteous atmosphere of the company and the Facilities Department at all times by maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years previous experience. High school diploma or GED preferred. Valid California drivers license in good standing

JR. MEDIA COORDINATOR
We are seeking a Jr. Media Coordinator to join our Creative/Marketing Group -- must have a passion for MySpace, Facebook, online forums, YouTube and blogs, and speak fluent automotive high-performance. The ideal candidate will be addicted to MySpace and similar technologies and should know how to build a huge network of friends. You will work closely with the marketing department to make sure that you are portraying the right "image" for our company.
Responsibilities
* Develop and grow website community through forums, blogs, youtube and messaging
* Be the face of the site, the "personality" behind our company, via blogging and outreach to the community
* Moderate our community sites and add new members
* Send out messages and bulletins to our myspace and facebook network

Purchasing Manager
We are currently seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to direct all activities and staff in the purchasing department, and effectively manage vendor relations, pricing, negotiation, and inventory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Negotiate with vendors for the purchase of raw materials, electronic and mechanical components, warehouse materials and supplies, both domestic and overseas. Analyze market and delivery conditions to determine present and future material availability, and prepare market analysis reports.
- Develop and manage vendor relationships, perform ongoing evaluation of supplier reliability, and develop alternate sources. Implement operating procedures concerning processing of purchase requisition/orders, control of price, quality and delivery requirements. Establish and maintain procurement policies which ensure timely delivery of goods, equipment, materials, and supplies.
- Provide input and work closely with Materials/Production Planning. Review and analyze MRP reports and data. Implement supply chain process improvement and inventory reduction programs.
- Interface with the sales/marketing department with issues such as forecasting new business, slow moving product, obsolete inventory, and changes in customer buying patterns.
- Act as liaison between engineering and outside vendors, informing vendor of design changes, obtain new pricing, and arrange for first article delivery and first production run delivery.
- Assign procurement requests, engineering releases, change and stop orders to the appropriate personnel. Prepare, issue and approve purchase orders and change notices; review purchase order requests and contracts for accuracy and conformance to company policy.
- Prepare employee work schedules, delegate and oversee work assignments; evaluate work for accuracy, timeliness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
- Forecast departmental operating costs and be responsible for the preparation and direction of the department budget.
Education/Experience: BA or equivalent degree from four-year college or technical school preferred; and minimum 5 years inventory, purchasing and material planning experience in a manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and understand blueprints and Bills of Material. Excellent leadership, communication (verbal and written), organizational, and problem solving skills. Skill at negotiating purchasing agreements and contracts, and strong record of initiating cost savings.
Computer/Equipment Skills: Must be able to operate a PC and all office equipment, be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Internet navigation, windows based software programs (Macola preferred), MRP software, and Crystal Reports.
Certificates and Licenses: CPM or APICS certification preferred but not required, Six Sigma Knowledge a plus
